Education: MCA / BE / B TECH / ME / M TECH / MSC

Experience: Minimum 2+years, Maximum 6yrs

Skill set: Java developers [XML, Java, and J2EE], Dot Net developers [ASP.Net, DHTML] Oracle developers [9i and 10G], SAP consultant [Erp, Crm, Abap]

WORK PERMIT: Early Birds Consulting and your prospective employers shall be assisting you in filing for H1B Visa (US work Permit)

PROCESS TIME: 90 - 120 working days from the date of Filing.
(May Vary due to US Immigration Laws and Processing Times)

EMPLOYEES BENEFITS: Consulting fee Refund, Initial accommodation + Food, paid vacations, Training, Increments, Salary A/c, Medical Insurance, Bench pay, relocation assistance within USA, Airfare reimbursement, Green Card Filing etc,.

Employment Details: Selected candidates will be working as direct employees.
Candidates would have to sign a bond for a period ranging from 12 months to 18 months (It may vary client to client).

Probable Emoluments: USD 55,000 - USD 60,000 per annum plus employee benefits.Salary differs according to the profile of the candidates.

PAYMENT DETAILS: Rs 99,000 (Ninety Nine Thousand Only) towards consulting fee (please note that this includes visa processing fees, lawyer fees, and service tax w.e.f 1st April 2007).
This amount is payable to Early Birds consulting, the details for which shall be intimated to you at an appropriate time.EXPENSE REFUND POLICY: Employer shall be refunding Rs.70, 000 -/-
(Seventy thousand only) of your consulting fee after 6 – 12 months of employment.

PAYMENT MODE: DD in favor of Early Birds Consulting Pvt Ltd.

Online Transfers / Bank Transfers / Cheques are also accepted.

PAYMENT DAY/DATE: Payment can be made in 2 different installments.
60% of the consulting fee will be collected during the acceptance of the offer letter.
40% of the consulting fee will be collected once your Visa is been approved by the immigration department at the USA.

SERVICE CHARGES: We at Early Birds Consulting shall be collecting service charges of Rs.4,500, while submitting your credentials. This should be paid during the process of your Visa.
Interested candidates should register themselves by paying Rs1500/-.
Do not despair if you fail in an interview with one client, we shall be arranging for multiple interviews with our clients. So you still stand a chance to make it with another client.
Candidates have to send their updated resume in a word format as an attachment along with their confirmation accepting to register with us.Candidates need to adhere by the conditions laid down by our clients as this would save us time and unnecessary cost towards courier / telephonic charges.
Employer’s offer letter carries all relevant details for the relocation.
